REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for choosing EDpals LLC (hereinafter referred to as “we”). We are committed to providing high-quality kitchen products and want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product, the following is our refund and return policy:

1. Return Time
   If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can make a return request within 7 days of receiving the product. Please ensure that the product is unused and in its original packaging.
2. Return Conditions
   To ensure a smooth return, please follow the following conditions:
   The product must be in original condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories.
   The returned product must be a product sold by our company.
   Shipping and other charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or shipped incorrectly.
3. Refund Process
   To request a refund, please follow the steps below:

   Provide Information: Please provide your order number and the reason for the return so that we can quickly process your request.
   Obtaining a Return Authorization: Our Customer Service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return address.
   Returning Your Item: Please return your item with your Return Merchandise Authorization number, making sure to use a trackable shipping method.
4. Refund Processing
   Once we receive your return and confirm that the item is in good condition and in compliance with our return policy, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and generally take 5-10 business days to process.
5. Exchange Policy
   If you would like to exchange your item, please contact Customer Service for more details. We will do our best to accommodate your exchange needs, but please note that you still need to follow the above return process.
6. Defective or Wrong Items
   If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will cover the costs and provide you with a replacement or a full refund.
